This sections allows you to define your costs incurrd by your various payment method providers.
When you connect your store, Hellihub imports your existing orders and with them the payment methods that have been used in the past.
These methods will then become available for you to map and specify the percentage fee as well as the fixed fee that your provider charges you.
Payment Gateway #
The ID used by your store to denote the specific gateway used. Select this first.
Payment Title #
Give this a name for your benefit. It’s better than using your store’s ID.
Percent Commission #
Your payment gateway provider will be chargin you a fee as a percentage of your total order value. Enter this here but without the % sign.
Fixed Cost #
Your payment gateway provider will be chargin you a minimum fixed cost fee on top of the percentage offer. Enter this here but without any currency symbols.
Timepoints #
Remember to use a new Timepoint if you ever need to update costs in order to avoid altering past data and calculations.
